Silver Firs is a planned development in South Everett near Mill Creek. Our community consists of 723 homes and features many parks, tot lots, sport courts and miles of walking trails for our owners to enjoy. We are located close to the YMCA, have many shopping opportunities and even have a fire station in the neighborhood.

2023 Community-Wide Garage Sale

Dates & Times:

• Saturday, May 18th 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

• Saturday, September 21st 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The Annual Garage Sales are held on the third (3rd) Saturday’s of May and September. We encourage residents to publicize any specific items you would like sold on Craigslist or other sources. The HOA will publicize in the Herald and a general ad on Craigslist.
